Depending on the month, I was able to enjoy the flavors of local ingredients from various prefectures prepared in different cooking methods. The pairing drinks were also delicious.
There were explanations of the cooking methods and ingredients, which was very good.
I was glad to be able to drink beverages that I usually cannot have.
The interior is very vibrant, and you can feel like you are on a trip to a foreign country. The food is delicious, and even if you are not good with spicy food, it is easy to eat. I enjoyed the cheese naan, but considering its size, it has quite a volume, so if you are not a big eater, sharing it between two people is enough. It was closer to bread than regular naan. After the meal, you can move to another seat and enjoy the complimentary tea. It was very easy to drink, and even though I was full, I had a second serving. There was enough for two people to drink two cups each.
On June 25, 2026, I used it for the first time with three colleagues from work. The grilled chicken, snacks, and rice at the end were all delicious. The staff's service was also good. I will definitely return.

I went to "Horumon Kappo," a restaurant that has been causing a bit of a stir in the surrounding area.
Lunch is served only on weekends and holidays.
I ordered "Ichifuji's Special Motsu Kamameshi" (1,380 yen), which I had decided beforehand.
The cooking starts after the order is placed, so there is a bit of a wait, but it doesn't bother me at all because the friendly owner talks to me.
First, a small bowl of shigureni and salad arrives. As soon as I took a bite of the shigureni, I found myself drinking sake! (I mean, why didn't I drink it?) Of course, with white rice, I could easily finish a bowl of sake.
The next dish of nuka-zuke (pickles) arrived, and the soaking conditions were perfect. It makes me even more eagerly awaiting the main course.
The main course is served.
When I stirred the rice with a rice scoop, motsu and other ingredients were rumbling from the inside. To be honest, I thought the price was a bit aggressive for a main course of kamahan, but I was very impressed with the amount of ingredients in the dish.
The amount was about two regular bowls of rice, and the miso soup was delicious, making for a full lunch.
We finished with apricot pudding for dessert.
Next time, I would like to come at night.
