This is a shop where the warm irori of an old folk house welcomes you. Just sitting in the shop, filled with the aroma of charcoal, elevates your travel mood. The signboard's shingoro is made with chewy rice soaked in jūnen miso, creating an irresistible roasted flavor. A single bite spreads sweetness and sesame flavor, making it hard to stop reaching for more skewers. The tochi mochi has a gentle sweetness from the soybean flour and the aroma of mountain nuts, providing a comforting taste. Coupled with the staff's gentle service, I was able to enjoy a wonderful time relaxing by the irori.
