Upon entering the restaurant, a calm, traditional atmosphere spreads out. The signature ramen features a light soy sauce soup that clings to the thin noodles, offering a nostalgic flavor. The hot and savory noodle dish is filled with plenty of vegetables and pork, and the aroma is delightful, making it hard to stop eating until the end. The stir-fried garlic chives and bean sprouts have a crunchy texture and just the right seasoning, making it a perfect accompaniment to rice. The spiciness of the liver and chives is exquisite, and the tender liver left a strong impression. There are seats available from the counter to the tatami room, making it a pleasant place to relax casually.
