It's close to the station and easy to enter, allowing you to casually enjoy the flavors of Tohoku. There are seats where you can see the preparation happening right in front of you, which is exciting as you watch the careful preparation. The small dish that comes out first is very delicious, with the round konnyaku simmered and the rich flavor of the small squid being particularly impressive. The sashimi, especially the meat from the head and cheek of the tuna, is excellent, providing a rich taste and satisfying texture. The negima-style grilled chicken skewers and tsukune are well-seasoned with salt, making them hard to resist. There is also a platter that mixes different parts of the tuna, allowing you to compare the flavors of each cut, which was very satisfying.
