I visited for lunch and was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. The bottles lined up on the shelf at the entrance were spectacular, naturally raising my expectations. The wines served change every time, and the explanations are thorough, making it enjoyable to encounter new varieties. On this day, there were dishes like herb-filled dumplings and shrimp seasoned with red pepper and cumin, which paired excellently with the wine. The freshly fried tempura used cod wrapped in kelp and locally harvested vegetables, and the aroma of the batter combined with the sweetness of the ingredients was impressive. The pasta lunch with appetizers also had a gentle flavor, and paired with homemade focaccia, I was satisfied until the end.
