What is Osaka?: Osaka is a dynamic gateway in Japan where everyday flavors and artisanal techniques coexist. The city is often associated with the playful spirit of kuidaore, and that convivial mindset shapes a dining scene that encourages grazing through neighborhoods, from sizzling takoyaki stands and hearty okonomiyaki counters to crisp kushikatsu, dashi-forward udon, and refined kaiseki-inspired plates. Market arcades and waterfront districts invite seafood-focused menus, while cozy izakaya alleys, noodle shops, and sweets artisans reflect a love of approachable, seasonal tastes. Pressed sushi traditions and a fondness for rich yet balanced broths hint at Kansai’s palate. As a historic merchant center tied to trade and entertainment, Osaka nurtured quick, flavorful cooking and a culture of lively hospitality that continues to influence its tables today. Visitors may find that both classic comfort dishes and globally inspired kitchens share the same emphasis on warmth, rhythm, and the joy of eating together.
What is Wine Bar?: A wine bar invites guests to explore grapes, regions, and styles through curated lists served by the glass or bottle. Selections typically span crisp whites, structured reds, rosé, sparkling, and sometimes orange or minimally handled natural expressions. Knowledgeable staff often guide choices with tasting notes and suggest flights that compare varietals, vintages, or terroir. Temperature-controlled storage, precise glassware, and decanting or gentle aeration are part of the service ritual. Small plates focus on pairing—cheese and charcuterie, olives, pâtés, seasonal salads, or warm bites that emphasize aroma and texture. Settings range from intimate counters to lively standing areas, encouraging unhurried conversation or quick discoveries before dinner. Many venues rotate featured pours or host themed tastings, offering opportunities to sample something different on each visit. Whether seeking a familiar label or a new region, the experience centers on flavor, balance, and the pleasure of thoughtful pairing.

A marriage of champagne and soy sauce.
I've uploaded a revisit with this food log change.
When I went back to the original, it's gone. !!!!
I've asked the food log to send me the data.
Thank goodness!
If you wrote a revisit to the restaurant with the new system during the changed period
There is a possibility that it has disappeared, so I think it would be better to check it once.
Please let me re-update it.

We're here for the second half of this month, lol.
Visited after eating at the first one.
My friend really wanted to visit there, so I came with her!
It was a Friday, and the place was crowded.
For the first time, we sat at a table instead of at the counter.
The three of us toasted with today's champagne!
My friend who loves foie gras found a macaroon sandwich and ordered it immediately!
I had the omelette with truffle butter, which I had been eyeing for a while.
Lan King's eggs baked to fluffy perfection!
The truffle butter gives off a wonderful aroma!
The richness of the taste is unmistakable....
I also ordered the Octopus and Avocado Potato Salad with Yuzu Plum Jelly and Soy Sauce!
The presentation looks like something you would expect to find in a French restaurant!
The yuzu-ume jus sauce really packs a punch!
The texture of the octopus, the punch of the plum, and the creaminess of the avocado keep my mouth busy (lol).
It was refreshing and tasty!
Unfortunately, we had to leave because the last train was coming...
My friend regretted not eating the most exciting and troublesome TKG in Japan, a specialty of this place!
I should have said more.
And so we took a short run home.
Flute Flute Flute, please continue to surprise me...

After leaving Ting Tai-san, a few members went here
It's Flute Flute, a long-sought-after restaurant.
Many of my reviewers went, and even brought their daughters...
I was already left behind... lol
Go down the stairs to the basement.
When you open the door, you'll see a rather moody interior.
The voices and volume are subdued!
There is a counter and tables, and it's not that big!
You don't have to look at the menu anymore!
Why? Because I had already made up my mind before I came here!
Champagne of the day and my wish
The most annoying but exciting egg rice dish in Japan!
This is why I was so anxious to try it!
A second toast with champagne!
What was the champagne this day? Sorry...
I don't remember.
It was refreshing and easy to drink!
Now, an orange yolk egg appeared on top of the rice!
About 50 different kinds of soy sauce lined up on the counter are poured over the rice on small spoons!
How many kinds have you already poured?
I poured as much as I could!
Each soy sauce has its own interesting and deep flavor!
The one I liked the most was the Undan Soy Sauce!
It really tastes like a soy sauce mixed with unotan!
I wish we had a bottle of this at home!
And the most intense flavor was the Gozen Soy Sauce from Kamada Sokojo!
I'd like to introduce all of them, but it's too much of a hassle.
I was so busy eating that I didn't write them down.
This is the first time in my life that I have enjoyed soy sauce so much!
I learned that there are so many different flavors of soy sauce all over Japan!
It was a pain in the ass, but so much fun!
Next time - I want to try the omelette with truffle butter!
And some annoying ice cream for dessert...
I'm not going home, I'm going across the street to say hello...
We arrived home very late for the first time in a long time...

It is right by the station, and as you enter, a bright and clean space unfolds. There are both counters and tables, and jazz plays in the background, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The bread is the star, with a range from classic to slightly unique options that are exciting. The bread with eel and sansho pepper, khachapuri, and the choice of fillings for the koppepan particularly stood out to me. Even if you're unsure which drink pairs well, the staff will suggest a compatible option, which is helpful. The service is attentive, and you can enjoy your time leisurely whether alone or with friends.

✔️Osaka Kitashinchi ✔️Milcares
----------------------------------------------------
A sensual marriage of meat and wine.
This restaurant is called the number one wine bar in Kitashinchi, the nightlife district of Osaka, where you can spend a blissful time in an adult atmosphere.
The name "Milcarez," by the way, comes from the name "Milcarez.
By the way, the name Milcarez comes from "mille-feuille caresses".
No, no, no, what? What do you mean? 😂 seriously quirky ☺️
It's too noble to be erotic or anything like that.
I don't know...
Yes, first of all, look at the exterior! You can tell from the look, it's a big place with a luxurious feel as if it's a 🤦🏻♂️. When you go inside, there are about 8 seats at the counter and 2 private rooms in the back.
The interior is very nice.
In a word, this restaurant is characterized by its wine and ingredients! In a word, the wine and the food!
<ワイン🍷>
Wines selected from all over the world.
Specializing in French wines, the lineup includes more than 1,000 bottles of 350 varieties.

◆"Mille Caresses" special wagyu beef cutlet sandwich (3,200 yen)
A regular menu item! The name of the restaurant is branded on the side and it looks cute 😚 The meat of the day was Japanese black beef from Nagasaki Prefecture🐃.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel the crunchy bread, then the fluffy texture, and finally the sweet sauce and meat will appear in full force!
Seriously, it's too good! I can say that it was the best pork cutlet sandwich in my new record👏 life!
I've never had a better sandwich in my life!
Sautéed wild boar loin from Daisen, Tottori Prefecture (3000 yen)
The meat is thick and tender enough to compete with the lean meat of beef.
The fat is sweet and melting, but not sticky. The taste is superb!
All in all, everything is high quality.
If you want to go to Kitashinchi, this is the place to go for a one-stop meal.
I can understand why the price is so aggressive. LOL!
Lastly, men, please use this place for closing with a girl. LOL!

I was able to spend a relaxing time in a calm space centered around the counter. The appetizer platter I requested at first was thoughtfully divided into portions for one person. The mushroom quiche, prosciutto with polenta, and sautéed bell peppers all had gentle flavors that made it hard to stop eating. The salt-cured pork porchetta had a crispy, fragrant surface and was juicy on the inside, which brought a smile to my face. The homemade tagliatelle pasta with snow crab and green onion oil sauce was surprisingly light, with the noodles and sauce clinging together perfectly. The glass wines suggested to pair with the dishes were all excellent matches, allowing me to enjoy the experience in a happy mood until the end.
