When I stopped by around Lake Onuma, I was excited by the wonderful aroma of handmade soba. The inside of the restaurant was warm with the stove working well, and there were table seats and tatami areas where I could relax. The oden with sansho miso had a homemade taste, combining sweetness and the fragrance of sansho, making it nostalgic and delicious. The fried wakasagi was pleasantly warm and made me reach for more. The fragrant soba had visible grains and a strong flavor, and the umami of the dipping sauce was also pleasant. The tempura of maitake mushrooms and fuki no tou was impressive, and I was able to savor it slowly in a relaxed atmosphere.
