Located on the first floor of Toba Shopping Plaza Haro, Kawakatsu is instantly recognizable as a specialty store with a wide selection of seaweed and dried fish. High-grade kelp and seaweed for gifts are also available, and the quality is satisfactory. The proprietress's attentive explanations were also well received. We recommend this shop because it is better priced than souvenir shops and acceptable to families. Please try shopping at a specialty store.
