The warm atmosphere reminiscent of old times is enjoyable, and it's fun to see the kitchen. The pork set meal with ginger was tender and not too rich, making it hard to stop eating. The cabbage was crisp, and with tomatoes, small side dishes, pickles, and miso soup all included, the satisfaction at the end of the meal was high. The cutlet was substantial, perfectly fried, with just the right amount of fat, and the richness of the potato salad paired perfectly. The horse mackerel was served in two ways: sashimi and tataki, allowing for a delightful change in flavor with plenty of condiments, vinegar aroma, and soy sauce. The eel was tender with a fragrant skin, not too strong in flavor, and the sauce was just right; the combination with the liver soup and egg tofu was also good.
