The calm atmosphere of the counter and the spaciousness of the tatami room on the second floor are pleasant. The staff recommends local sake from Aizu to pair with the dishes, and each one has a wonderful aroma that can be enjoyed. The sakura meat grilled on a lava stone is rare, allowing you to fully appreciate the richness of the lean meat and the depth of the fat. The thin handmade soba noodles served at the end have a smooth texture and a translucent appearance that makes you want to keep eating. The seasonal small dishes and the pickled herring with sansho pepper are also carefully prepared, making you crave the next plate.
