First, warm tea and a wet towel are served, allowing for a relaxing experience. The hokki rice bowl offers a choice between raw and half-raw, making it fun to compare the two. The raw version has a strong sweetness and is surprisingly easy to bite through. The half-raw version has a crunchy texture and provides a sense of satisfaction. The karaage from the Air Self-Defense Force includes burdock in the batter, has a pleasant garlic aroma, and a crispy texture. I was able to enjoy the local specialties of Misawa all at once, and it was a delightful meal.
