The focus is on Japanese cuisine, and it is enjoyable with dishes that reflect the seasons. The sashimi features fish with good fat content and elegant white fish, showcasing excellent freshness. The smooth tofu enhanced with monkfish liver and the steamed dish paired with cheese are a perfect match. The grilled white fish marinated in miso and the warm somen noodle soup have a gentle broth that soothes the heart. The fried dishes and a plate of crab also have great texture and aroma, making it easy to keep eating. I felt that I could thoroughly enjoy the desserts as well, and the selection of sake was impressive.
