First, the small dish that came out was full of flavor, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The sashimi was a platter that included bonito, sea bream, fresh shirasu, tuna, and octopus, all of which were fresh and enjoyable. The skewers grilled over charcoal were fragrant, and each one, including chicken thigh, negima, chicken neck, chicken wings, pork belly, and yam, was juicy. In particular, the liver and tsukune had a fluffy texture, and their umami was enhanced even with just salt. The drink selection was also extensive, with options ranging from beer to highballs, chuhai, and sake, which was delightful. They had a variety of sake including Tanizake, Hiropiki, and Juyondai, allowing me to slowly savor the aroma and sharpness.
