Oh no! This is daresoba. Punchy katsu-don (not demi katsu) with egg yolk. This is a foul collaboration, isn't it? It's so good. I don't know what it is, but the balance between the sauce and the pork cutlet is perfect. I ordered a half-and-half set today, but this shina soba was really good. I went there mainly for the pork cutlet bowl, but in fact, the shina soba might be my main dish. It was so good! The mother is very energetic and the staff is very friendly. It is a restaurant that has been loved by customers for a long time. I can really feel that this is a traditional and well-loved restaurant. When I find a local restaurant like this, I think, "This is the best restaurant on the food log! I think "wow! I will definitely go back again! Next time I'll have the normal size with a W!
