Raised on a feed of barley mixed with herbs, this pork has a sweet and light texture. It suppresses the unique odor of pork, offering a fragrant taste with enhanced umami and richness.
Raised in the Nasu Highlands. This dish features the high-quality and light-fat 'Umezan Pork', the good-quality red meat 'Kenboro', and the tender-fibered 'Berkshire', all of which were crossbred to create this unique flavor.
Served with rib roast that is characterized by its high fat content and tenderness, cut to approximately 2.5cm thick. Please allow about 20 minutes for cooking time.
