In a calm interior with only a counter, the aroma of freshly fried food reaches you right in front. The tempura made from sesame tofu, created from milk, had a thin batter, and the inside was creamy and a fresh surprise. The sweet shrimp was moist and fluffy, with sweetness spreading as you bite into it. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the particularly tender wild vegetables had a delightful contrast of gentle sweetness and subtle bitterness. The melting sea urchin and the crunchy scales of the white sweetfish were all prepared to reflect the season, leaving a lasting impression. The tempura rice chosen for the finale mixed the crispy batter with the rice, allowing for a light and satisfying taste until the very end.
