The interior of the restaurant is modern and clean, and it instantly lifts your spirits as soon as you enter. The menu includes dipping noodles, seaweed with green onions, seaweed with bonito flakes, and mixed noodles, providing plenty of fun in choosing. I ordered the seaweed with bonito flakes, and the mountain of bonito flakes sprinkled over the noodles was visually exciting. The dipping sauce had chili oil floating on the surface, and the spiciness I chose gradually came through, allowing me to fully appreciate the umami. The firm, cold noodles paired excellently with the fresh cabbage and green onions, and when I added some vinegar from the table halfway through, the flavor changed to a milder taste. The staff's attentiveness was also polite, and I think it's a bowl that you would want to enjoy lightly during hot seasons or after drinking.
