This shop is located along a quiet mountain road, but it offers a taste that is worth the trip. The gyoza is small and perfectly crispy, with a finely textured filling that releases a wonderful aroma. They wrap and cook it on the spot in a cast iron pan after you order, which makes the rising scent exciting. The spicy chili oil pairs perfectly, making it hard to stop eating. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a simple seasoning of salt and pepper that is irresistible. The charcoal-flavored spare ribs also release more flavor the more you chew, and enjoying these three signature dishes provides a high level of satisfaction.
