If you want both steak and shabu-shabu, this is the place for you. This is our most popular menu with a large volume.
This course is centered around a 170g sirloin. You can start with a simple salt and pepper, or choose yuzu kosho and grated soy sauce if you like.
Chikuho beef shabu-shabu is so tender that it melts in your mouth without chewing. Try it marinated in yuzu pepper and vinegar soy sauce.
The Sukiyaki course, which had been served as a back-up menu, has been officially added to our lineup since 2015. *If you choose this option, the same course will be applied to everyone. If you wish to order more than one course, please select "Reservations for Multiple Course Combinations" and choose the course of your choice.
