In a cozy shop centered around the counter, I was excited by the fresh ingredients lined up in front of me. The grilled eel rice bowl had tender meat that was well-coated with a sweet sauce, and I felt happiness with every bite. Alternating between the fluffy rolled omelet and the crisp cucumber was enjoyable, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down due to the delightful change in flavors. The sushi selection included a wide variety such as medium fatty tuna, sea urchin, and grilled scallops, all perfectly balanced with the rice. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and miso soup were also carefully prepared, offering a comforting and gentle taste. Although it took a little time for the food to be served, I was very satisfied as I could leisurely enjoy the deliciousness in a calm atmosphere.
