Sitting around the irori (traditional Japanese hearth), the atmosphere of the shop, which makes use of an old storehouse, immediately conveys a sense of calm. The first floor features sunken kotatsu tables, while the second floor offers tatami rooms, providing different ways to enjoy the experience, which is interesting. The grilled sea urchin, served while still flaming, is impressive and incredibly delicious with its savory aroma. The grilled squid is also tender and rich in flavor, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The sashimi platter changes based on the day's catch, and it's delightful to have a new experience each time. The local specialties, such as senbei soup and soba kakke, have a gentle taste that warms the heart, making it a comforting place.
