As a specialty meat shop, there are no unpleasant odors, and the flavor is distinct. The grill has low smoke and reliable heat, making it pleasant to cook. The sauce, infused with grated vegetables, complements the meat's flavor well. The chicken sashimi was particularly impressive and exceeded my expectations in taste. Within the same establishment, there is a fresh meat section and seating for grilled meat, where you can also enjoy horse sashimi, sakura yukke, offal, and homemade char siu. It can get crowded, so making a reservation is reassuring.
