When I entered a stylish shop in a back alley of Koiwa, I was immediately relieved by the cozy atmosphere. Starting with an ice-cold draft beer, happiness spread with the first sip. The appetizer of fried taro and tsukune (chicken meatball) was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making me excited right from the start. The fried spring rolls filled with plenty of cilantro and the salad of seasonal vegetables grilled in a skillet highlighted the sweetness of the ingredients, which was impressive. The rich selection of sake was also a delightful point, allowing me to try various options according to my mood. Finally, the mixed rice balls and Tochigi fried egg dish I ordered left me completely satisfied both in my stomach and heart.

Upon entering the restaurant, a stylish interior unfolds, allowing you to relax immediately. The menu features many novel dishes, and you feel excited no matter what you choose. Each plate is carefully prepared and there are no misses, especially the large rice balls with mixed rice that are unforgettable in their deliciousness. The well-chilled beer and the wide selection of sake further enhance the flavors of the dishes. There may be a bit of a wait from ordering to serving, but it's nice to enjoy freshly made food as a result. The atmosphere is also friendly to smokers, making it a wonderful place to leisurely enjoy drinks and meals.
