Opened in 2017, it has continued operating in Kawachi Town, Nishi Ward, Kumamoto City. In a nature-rich environment, it has developed as a shop offering handmade soba noodles. The quiet atmosphere that takes advantage of the location and the unchanging setup centered on soba have supported its business up to the present.
