As soon as I sat down, the tall chairs and the sleek counter caught my eye, giving me a slightly extraordinary feeling. The salad had a refreshing homemade dressing with a hint of mustard, making the vegetables go down easily. The hot lasagna was infused with a special ragù, and it was fun to eat while blowing on it to cool it down. For dessert, I chose the chestnut and berry Mont Blanc parfait, and I was excited by the depth created by the overlapping blueberry sorbet and spiced compote. The occasional appearance of nut praline and amaretto panna cotta brought the flavors together, keeping it interesting until the end. Each component, including the gelato, was carefully crafted, making it truly a rewarding time that felt like a story.
