A tea pickled rice bowl made with pesticide-free rice ball and topped with the finest bonito broth, easy to eat without any pretense. On top of the tea pickles, plenty of green onions, myoga, and shiso leaves are added, along with homemade pickled plums made from the legendary Sugita Ume. Sugita Ume contains several times more citric acid than regular plums, making it a dish that can make you feel energetic just by eating it.
