This shop is quietly located in a residential area, creating a warm atmosphere that makes use of the house's structure. It has a style where you take off your shoes to enter, with a counter and tatami seating, and the soft lighting and jazz music create a very relaxing environment. The skills of the French-trained chef shine through, and the terrine and braised pork with cabbage were particularly impressive. There is also a selection of Japanese and Chinese dishes such as sashimi and dumplings, all of which are of high quality. The wine selection is rich in French options, and you can enjoy local sake. The apple tart served after the meal was also fragrant, leaving me satisfied until the very end.
