The interior of the restaurant, lined with counters and tables, has a simple and calm atmosphere that is pleasant. The classic dishes have a twist, and many of them have flavors that make you go 'wow'. The appetizer of baguette topped with prosciutto, peach, and cheese had the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. The fried spring rolls, packed with plenty of herbs, are wrapped in lettuce, shiso, and mint, and when eaten with a sauce made of fish sauce and rice vinegar, the aroma spreads beautifully. The Roman-style carbonara, which does not use cream, is rich and the texture of the noodles is delightful. The spaghetti for lunch had a wonderful aroma that made it hard to stop eating, and the owner's thoughtfulness was felt throughout.
