They offer a variety of dishes including sashimi, grilled items, tempura, and chawanmushi, all of which have a careful flavor. There is also sushi made with local fish, and the playful pieces have a good balance with the rice, leaving a lasting impression. The suggestions for sake are also spot on, allowing you to enjoy the pairing with the dishes.
