When you enter after going down the stairs, the spacious and stylish interior strikes a perfect balance between liveliness and calmness. The hand-drawn menu features not only meat but also appetizers, salads, and pasta, and there are many drink options, making the selection process enjoyable. The first dish served is a fresh vegetable salad with a hint of mustard flavor, and it's great that you can have as much as you like. The Kagoshima black wagyu beef grilled over charcoal is fragrant and tender, and the pizza with a rich cheese flavor is also delicious. Dishes like shrimp ajillo, salmon carpaccio, and a charcuterie platter all feel carefully prepared. The peperoncino topped with a mountain of baby sardines is impressive, as they keep piling it on right in front of you until the pasta is no longer visible, and the chewy texture and balance of saltiness are superb.
