The Western-style second-floor salon has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to relax while watching the streetcar through the window. The signature Gosan-yaki castella has a moist texture, with the richness of egg yolk and a refined sweetness that spreads throughout your mouth. The texture of the coarse sugar sprinkled on the bottom is enjoyable, and you can experience different fluffiness between the top and bottom, keeping it interesting. The limited-time sakura castella has a faint cherry blossom fragrance and a subtle saltiness that adds an accent, enhancing its rich sweetness. The coffee has a refreshing aftertaste, and the unique glass makes it visually enjoyable as well. Even the cookies and hojicha served after the meal were carefully prepared, allowing for a pleasant experience until the very end.
