Located at the back of Shinsei, the cafe has a stylish black and white exterior and a bright, clean interior. There is a private room with a kids' room, so even those with small children can enjoy their meals without hesitation. I ordered the loco moco and a cup of water-drizzled coffee. The loco moco is hearty and wonderfully seasoned. It is also served on a bed of millet rice with lots of vegetables, giving it a healthy feel. The coffee is refreshing and easy to drink, and the waitstaff is wonderful. I visited alone and felt at home and at ease. I highly recommend this cafe.
