I called at noon to confirm that I could make a reservation and asked for one, but at midnight I received a voicemail saying, "We are all booked up for the day. I will call you back," was the voicemail. He must have called even though it was late at night because the next day was a regular holiday, but did he not consider that a late-night call would inconvenience the customer? This is an insane store that imposes its convenience on its customers. What kind of management is it to accept a reservation once and then not accept it because the restaurant is fully booked? The owner must not be suited for customer service. He should quit the restaurant that is inconveniencing customers, making fun of them, and licking the world. I will never go back to such a restaurant!
