It seems to be directly managed by a butcher shop, and the quality of the meat is solid. The salted tongue, loin, skirt steak, and short ribs have a sweet richness to the fat, making them enjoyable in a light way. The offal and small intestines are also free of any unpleasant odors, and you can enjoy them with flavors like lemon salt according to your preference. The seared yukhoe, stone-grilled bibimbap, and namul were also satisfying in taste. There is a butcher shop on the first floor, and the style of going up through a dedicated entrance is easy to understand. The staff responds quickly, and since it can get crowded, it's reassuring to make a reservation before going.
