I am happy that I can enjoy oil soba at a restaurant that has locations all over the country, including Fukui. The homemade chewy noodles are well coated with the special sauce, making it less greasy and easy to eat. It's fun to change the flavor to my liking using the vinegar, chili oil, chopped onions, and spiciness available on the table. The toppings are also plentiful, and the combination of soft-boiled egg, green onions, sesame, and yuzu pepper is a perfect match. The portion is sufficient, and I can feel the difference in flavor with every bite, leaving me satisfied. The counter seats have a quick turnover, and with paper aprons and hangers available, it's easy to stop by quickly.
