I was able to enjoy both the hot springs and the all-you-can-eat food, which was refreshing. The fried foods had a light and crispy batter, and the shrimp tempura and fried chicken were particularly good. There was a variety of sashimi, sushi, meat dishes, and vegetables, all of which were satisfying in taste. The local dish from Shimabara, called 'guzoni', was served warm in individual bowls, and the waffles that you can grill yourself were also fun. The desserts were cut into small pieces, which was nice because I could try a variety of them. The atmosphere in the facility was lively, and the beer server for after the bath was convenient and uplifting.
