This is a shop with many counters where you can spend a relaxing time and enjoy conversations. The lunch menu is limited in variety, making it easy to choose, and the omakase includes nigiri, rolls, miso soup, pickles, and even coffee, which is delightful. The miso soup, infused with the umami of the fish, is refreshing and very delicious. The ingredients are fresh, and the soft anago (conger eel), thick aji (horse mackerel), and grilled clams left a particularly strong impression. The thinly sliced fugu (pufferfish) has a slight thickness and a pleasant texture, and when paired with green onions, skin, and momiji oroshi (grated daikon with chili), the flavor variations are enjoyable. The fluffy nigiri has a good balance with the rice, and each piece offers a blissful taste.
