The staff at the restaurant are warm and the atmosphere is comfortable. Reservations are required at night, but anyone can use it during the day. They serve mainly omakase and respond carefully to any prior requests. The fugu dishes are the highlight, with each preparation, including yuba, fried fugu, and sashimi, leaving a memorable taste. The kiritanpo hot pot, made by someone from Akita, has a pleasant aroma of seri and offers a flavor that is hard to find in Nagoya. They also have wine available, and I've heard that famous people frequent the place, allowing me to enjoy the pairing with the food.
