This shop uses an old farmhouse as it is, and the tatami room is spacious and calming. When you pass through the noren (fabric divider), you feel a sense of security as if you have returned to a countryside home. The soba noodles are flat and have a rich color, with a strong aroma and a hint of sweetness. The dipping sauce is light, allowing you to eat it smoothly. It's unique that it comes in two plates instead of a zaru (bamboo tray). It's also nice to be able to relax while waiting with pickles and soba tea, enjoying the view of the garden.
