QuiQui Michael is a pizza specialty restaurant that opened in November 2023 on the Suzuran Street in front of Yamagata Station. The restaurant was renovated from a vacant building and transformed into a clean space with the warmth of wood. A full-scale wood-fired oven is installed in the center of the restaurant to serve hot, freshly baked pizzas.
