Authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria in front of Yamagata Station
QuiQui Michael is a pizza specialty restaurant that opened in November 2023 on the Suzuran Street in front of Yamagata Station. The restaurant was renovated from a vacant building and transformed into a clean space with the warmth of wood. A full-scale wood-fired oven is installed in the center of the restaurant to serve hot, freshly baked pizzas. The restaurant is characterized by its pursuit of authentic Neapolitan flavors while remaining rooted in the local food culture, and is popular with a wide range of customers, from locals to tourists.
