In a tatami room with table seating, you can leisurely enjoy seasonal soba kaiseki and vegetarian cuisine. The bamboo dishes and table settings are lovely, and it's surprising to see real bamboo growing indoors. The dishes include tempura made from leaves, white miso with bamboo shoots, and various mountain delicacies like kumquats and akebi, all of which are delicious. Haiku, waka, and seasonal flowers are also included, making it enjoyable just to look at. Before the meal, bamboo tube hot water is served, and the sound of pouring it into bamboo cups is pleasant and memorable. If requested in advance, they can also provide transportation to and from the station, making the journey a special experience.
