This is a shop located in a residential area. When you enter, you can sometimes see the noodle-making process through the glass, which is exciting. The udon is smooth and has a good chewiness, with a very pleasant texture. It is accompanied by spicy bean sprouts, a little tororo, and green onions, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors. The oden is easy to take by yourself, and it becomes even more delicious when dipped in miso sauce. It includes daikon, thick fried tofu, eggs, and kelp, making the wait enjoyable.
