Mitaka Chuka-Soba Mitaka Abu-DX set ¥1,500 (two servings of abura soba, green onion, sauce, chashu pork, pickled bamboo shoots) I usually buy most of my groceries at Mitaka Corral, but I stopped by Chuka Soba again while passing by. The take-out ramen I had the other day was so good that I ended up... And then the oil soba was on the menu 🍜. Kyah ♡♡♡ There were also instructions on how to make it. I see, so the oil soba is ready to eat right after boiling without adding chicken broth. Oil soba should not be on the menu, so I wonder if they thought of it for takeaway 😋. It was delicious - just like Chuka Soba Mitaka's oil soba! A must eat for fans 😊. #🍜

Mitaka Chuka-Soba Mitaka Take-out set ¥1,000 (2 noodles, chashu pork, pickled bamboo shoots, green onion, sauce) I was so excited to see that they were selling take-out from Mitaka Chuka Soba Mitaka! I immediately went downstairs to buy it 😊. I was so happy to see the menma and green onion. I put an egg in the water where I was boiling the noodles. Yum! Delicious💕 I want to keep this set at home always lol. The sauce is so much that you can get 3 cups of it, so if you think half the container is for one person, it will be too salty. Be careful. On the way home, I saw a couple of shorebirds. It has suddenly become warmer. The azaleas are in full bloom. #🍜

Mitaka Chuka Soba Restaurant ✳︎ wontons + pickled bamboo shoots, boiled egg ✳︎Ramen ✳︎ roast pork Bottled beer First, we had a bowl of yakitatsu and bamboo shoots. What a great idea! And the soup of dried sardines, chicken bones and vegetables is nostalgic and delicious. The soup I was looking for was here 😭! Eggs are dropped into the pot of boiling noodles and wontons. I had never been to this restaurant before because it was always crowded and it seemed like it was for experts, but it was a wonderful place 🍜 It's a treasure of Mitaka. I will go there again!
