Not just strong, but deep in flavor. We arrived just after the restaurant opened and there were about 20 people in line, including those inside the restaurant, so the popularity of the restaurant does not end. I am not a fan of strong-flavored ramen, but the richness of the ramen here was truly amazing. The soup was so good that I could drink it all up. Another point I appreciated was the amount of chicken chashu pork that kept coming out as I slurped down my noodles! Even by default, there was a significant amount of chashu pork in the soup, which was very satisfying. I will go back again.

Mitaka Chicken and Salt Chinese ✳︎ Kokushio First visit to Suzuki. Open from noon to evening. There were a few people in line around 3pm on a holiday. Since it was my first visit, I ordered the salty soup that had a star 🍜 The aroma of soup stock is rich. The soup of seafood and chicken broth is well mixed with the noodles with low water content. The soup has a strong broth of dried bonito and dried shiitake mushrooms. The saltiness is also strong. The chashu (pork and chicken) is savory and tasty. It was a rich and thick Chinese noodle soup. ☺️🍜
