In a restaurant with a Japanese atmosphere, you can relax right away. The dishes have a rich variety, from snacks to noodles and rice, making it fun to choose. The seafood is very fresh, and the assortment of carpaccio is particularly impressive. The comparison of dumplings and the soup dumplings wrapped in crab miso are also satisfying. Basic dishes like fried rice and mapo tofu are made with care, showcasing the skill involved. The fried chicken, steamed dishes, and grilled duck are also enjoyable, making you want to order more and more.

The seafood dishes are all fresh, and from the start, my mood lifts. The carpaccio has seasonings that match each type of fish, and the aroma and umami are clearly felt. The gyoza is a classic that cannot be missed, and the soup dumplings have a rich flavor. The simple fried rice showcases skill, and the more I eat, the more satisfying it becomes. The dry dan dan noodles are deliciously spicy, with a very good balance of heat and richness. Dishes like simmered fish and fried monkfish are also impressive, and there are new discoveries every time I go.
