This restaurant is so highly regarded that it's difficult to make a reservation, but I felt it was worth the wait. Watching the craftsmen at work over the counter and being able to taste the freshly made dishes on the spot is the best. The seasonal ingredients are abundant, and there's an exciting feeling of variety with each visit. The steamed rice with black throat sea perch, Matsuba crab, fugu milt, and truffles were all impressive, and each was delicious and memorable. The head chef is lively and friendly, and the staff all contribute to a fun atmosphere. They also have a selection of rare sake, and the pairing of the fragrant sake with the dishes is excellent, making conversations flow naturally.

The basic course meal is only a 12,000 yen (excluding tax) course. It is a creative dish that is left to the chef's choice of the day. We purchase seasonal sushi on the day to be able to feel the season and cook it fresh. You can enjoy various dishes of about 15 to 20 items. If you have any requests, we also accept reservations for 20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, or more by changing the contents, so please feel free to contact us.
