You can enjoy skewered dishes using "Yutaka no Shamo," a local product of Oita Prefecture. The menu offers a variety of carefully prepared delicacies, such as plump grilled Yutaka Shamo skewers, salads filled with vegetables, and Shamo dashimaki tamago (egg rolled in dashi broth). The char-grilled shamo and homemade liver patties are also excellent.

Approximately a 4-minute walk from Yufuin Station. The restaurant is clean and bright, and the staff creates a pleasant atmosphere. One of the highlights of the restaurant is the craftsmanship of the chefs, who cook right in front of you. With counter and table seating, it is the perfect place to dine with close friends.
