The interior has exposed concrete, creating a simple and stylish atmosphere. It has a long layout, with a larger table near the entrance and neatly arranged tables for two and four towards the back. The thin soba noodles are fresh and have just the right firmness, providing a very pleasant texture. The dipping sauce, with a strong bonito aroma, is rich yet mellow, beautifully enhancing the flavor of the soba. The dashimaki (rolled omelet), small side dishes, and pickles are all prepared with care, allowing you to enjoy the lingering taste while sipping the soba broth after your meal. The chicken tempura and agedashi tofu also have a gentle flavor, contributing to a pleasing overall balance.
