Soba made only from buckwheat flour has a wonderful aroma and offers the pleasure of a firm bite. It has the characteristic chewiness of Izumo soba, with a slightly drier surface that enhances its flavor. The duck dipping soba is satisfying with plenty of meat. When you combine kake soba with yuzu, the aroma spreads pleasantly. The rice bowls and tempura are also served hot, allowing you to enjoy them alongside the soba. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the staff is friendly, and even the soba broth after the meal is delicious.
